The INTEGRA 9500 inspects all eight of the ISO/ANSI parameters PLUS added features of determining Blemishes, Opacity, and Human Readable Validation. More detailed analysis of the bar code is possible with a few clicks of the mouse.

The analysis will be color coded to show exactly where the problem is within the bar code. Sections of the bar code can be analyzed to better determine how to solve the problem. The online help screen will aid in this analysis. All of this is viewable on the built in LCD display.

The ten-scan average required by ISO is exceeded with a bar code inspection completed for every two thousandth of an inch (.002") of the bar code height. The camera technology allows more detailed analysis of the bar code and it makes reading of small and truncated codes possible, accurate, and very easy. This detailed inspection is possible because of the standard high-resolution 1.3 mega-pixel camera or optional 2.1 mega-pixel camera (for high density bar codes).

Accuracy and repeatability are paramount in bar code verification. The INTEGRA 9500 is the most accurate verifier on the market today with the highest degree of repeatability. This occurs because the operator is not involved in the scanning process. No wand to hold or move, no angle to maintain, and no buttons to push that can affect the overall grade results.

The INTEGRA 9500 Bar Code Station is the most reliable system on the market. There are no moving parts to wear out, no laser to burn out. The lights used with the INTEGRA 9500 are computer monitored and controlled. They automatically adjust to a NIST traceable calibration standard and boast a 20,000 MTBF rating.

This truly unique and powerful instrument is also easy to use. All the popular linear symbologies PLUS the most common 2D Symbologies are supported.

A detailed hard copy printout can be produced using an standard inkjet printer

The INTEGRA 9500 meets the International Organization for Standardization’s “Bar Code Print Quality Test Specification (ISO 15416), the American National Standard Institute’s "Guideline for Bar Code Quality’ (ANSI X3.182-1990), the Uniform Code Council (UCC), and the CEN specifications regarding verification methods and methodology. It also meets International Organization for Standardization’s “Bar Code Verifier Conformance Specification” (ISO 15426-1 and ISO 15426-2).

This equipment and its documentation were developed to fit into your company’s existing ISO 9000/9001/9002 policies and procedures.
